Whats Involved?

Fungal nail infections affect more than a million people in the UK, men are more likely to suffer than women, and toenails are four times more likely to be affected than finger nails. Until recently treatment of fungal nails was pretty in-effective and involved taking tablets for several weeks with potential for quite serious side-effects. The alternative was to remove the nail under local anaesthetic and then treat the nail bed with cream. Although occasionally still necessary this process involves having to have a local anaesthetic and then removal of the whole nail whether only part of it was infected or not. WHAT IS CLEARANAIL?
Clearanail ® is a patented product for treating Fungal Nail (Onychomycosis). Clearanail is based upon Controlled Micro Penetration (CMP)® that makes tiny holes in the nail plate and automatically retracts when it reaches the nail bed. The holes allow topical treatments to reach the nail bed in much higher concentration levels than otherwise possible
