Antifungal Creams & Sprays

Whats Involved?

Conditions such as Athlete's foot require treatments directed at removing the infection itself. These medicines are not the same as "antiseptics" which will not work in cases of fungal skin or nail infections.

How Successful is the treatment?

Once the correct diagnosis has been established, Athletes foot is usually readily treated with a combination of approaches which includes the daily application of an "antifungal cream".

Other Info

Many patients report that their treatment has not been successful and experience recurrence of symptoms soon after they stop treatment. This is usually because they have not received the correct combination of treatment or the treatment period has been too short. Your Foot Health Practitioner will advise you on the right approach for you.
